Large handful of lettuce leaves torn into bits

Handful of mint leaves – I prefer spearmint

3 pears – cored

3 cups water

Blend together and enjoy! Very refeshing



Blend well:2cups fresh blueberries1 bananna11/2 cups water

Optional- for more nutrition add 1 stalk of celery

The thing about blending fresh blueberries is that they set up and become firm for an instant pudding!


You Wouldn’t believe Your Drinking Your Greens Smoothie Recipe

Handful of swiss chard leaves (or spinach or kale or nettle leaf)

1 Mango peeled and pit removed (or peaches or nectarines)

6 pitted prunes soaked in 1 cup water

3cups water

Combine everything and blend on high.



2 garlic cloves

2 ginger squares in syrup

1/2 cup unblanched almonds

1 cup fresh clendula petals

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

3/4 cup olive oil

1. In a food proccessor or blender, mince garlic and ginger for 1 min. Add nuts; process until coursly chopped. Add calendula, basil,thme and cheese;process until minced. With motor running add olive oil in a steady stream. Process or blend until well mixed.Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Transfer mixture to a jar or storage container. Cover and refridgerate for up to 2 days or freeze for up to 1 month.


A Good handful of Stinging Nettle leaves (wear gloves while harvesting these)

1 Mango cut into peices

1 banana

6 or 8 soaked prunes ( save water to add to smoothie)

2 – 3 cups water + soaking water

Blend on high til smooth. Enjoy and feel the energy burst!
